Expanding menu
Mandy is ever so slowly expanding her list of acceptable food items. She will still only consider corn out of all the vegetable offerings, refusing even potatoes.
But today mommy got stubborn. I bought a can of mini ravioli for her to try, and I was pretty determined that she would at least try it. When she adamantly refused it at noon, I declared lunch over and we went on with our day. At 1:30, I decided to try again:
Mmmmm, she said. In fact, she went on to enjoy them immensely:
